Before you can clock in using a QR code on-site, you need to set up your personal clock-in PIN. Your PIN is used to securely identify you when using shared devices for clocking in and out.

🔐 Set up your PIN
Go to "My Settings"
In the "Security" section, click "Set up PIN"
Enter your PIN in the "New PIN" field
Re-enter the same PIN in the "Confirm PIN" field
Click "Set PIN"
Your PIN is now ready to use for QR code clocking.
📱 Using your PIN on-site
When clocking in or out using a QR code:
Scan the QR code displayed at your workplace
Enter your PIN on the shared device
Confirm your clock-in, break, or clock-out action
Your PIN helps ensure your working time is recorded securely and accurately.
